Projects out for bid

• Kaiser Road/Bethany Blvd and Kaiser Road/Laidlaw Road Intersection Improvement Project are out for bid and will be bid February 10th.
• Sellers Road at Banks Road Intersection Realignment is out for bid and will be bid on February 17th.

Cornelius-Schefflin Road is now open!

Expect lane closures on Multnomah County's section of NW Cornelius Pass Road over the next few weeks, during construction of safety improvements.

Work continues in the vicinity of Wilshire Street related to ODOT's Hwy 217 project. The contractor is working on the north end of the Wilshire Street overpass. One lane of traffic will remain open in each direction during the work.

Day time closures continue through February 26 on 196th Avenue from Madeline to Farmington for work related to a Clean Water Services project.

There are still seats available on the Urban Road Maintenance District Advisory Committee. Eligible candidates will live in urban Washington County outside of cities (unincorporated areas such as Rock Creek, Cedar Mill, Bethany, Cedar Hills, Raleigh Hills, Garden Home, Metzger, Bull Mountain, Hazeldale, Aloha, and Reedville).

Washington County, in partnership with the City of Hillsboro, is replacing Cornelius Pass Road bridge over Beaverton Creek. In addition to the new bridge, the project will widen Cornelius Pass Road to five lanes between Wilkins and Frances Street. Construction is estimated to begin in June of this year and there will be a 6 to 8 month road closure this Spring.
